This was the first time I flew abroad by myself! It was a little scary, but I did it!
Two girls my age from Purpan (the university I'll be going to) picked me up from the airport and were very nice! The radio station in her car was playing American music.
I am now sitting in my new room after figuring out how to get to school tomorrow! I cannot believe I am here. I have several emotions flowing through me!

Jordan! I am glad you made it safely to Toulouse - I've been thinking about you! I am sure it will be hard not to get homesick sometimes, but I know you are a strong person who will make friends in no time! Hope that first day of school is fun =)
